He is an avid investor in technology companies and has seen a needto support investors, founders and entrepreneurs in qualifying startupopportunities. Warwick was admitted as a Fellow of the Australian Institute ofCompany Directors in 2009 and attained a Master of Administrationin 2010. Warwick has been a CEO, Non-Executive Director and Chairfor numerous SMEs and startups; and has publicly listed companies,sold and acquired businesses over the past ten years. Warwick believes in the art and science of leading startups towardscommercial maturity and introduces a six-success-themed programfor leaders to use as a framework to enable them to ‘jump the chasm’towards commercial success.

Edward Mandla's Biography

With a career spanning three decades in business intertwined with making voluntary contributions to the broader community, Edward has held leadership roles in Australian and multinational organisations. Holding a variety of Board positions, mainly in high growth companies, his knowledge remains sharp. Leading with research and headhunting techniques to help organisations secure the most talented people within their markets.

Edward has sat on a number of federal government ministerial task forces, mentored young entrepreneurs under the Step Up Program and served as a City of Sydney Councillor for 4 years. He has advised on technology policy and is a former President of the Australian Computer Society where he was made an Honorary Life Member. Edward is also a judge at the annual Consensus Software Awards.

Moderated by Edward Mandla, the event will commence at 8:00am with a light breakfast followed by Warwick giving an exclusive overview on the book and Q&A.
