Geospatial Data Analysis Using R

Synopsis: This workshop will introduce key concepts critical to understanding geospatial data, and will teach how to process this type of data using the R programming language.

Target audience: University of Sydney students and staff who would like to learn how to work with geospatial data.

Essential pre-requisites: Competency with the R programming language, including the tidyverse family of packages. You MUST be comfortable with the concepts in an introductory R course, for example this one. These are scheduled regularly on campus, so please attend this course prior to coming to the Geospatial workshop if you haven't used R before.

Please note: OWN LAPTOP REQUIRED. Please follow all setup instructions at the workshop webpage prior to coming to the workshop.
