The symposium will be focus on habitability as applied to cities and residential buildings. The impact of urban climate and climate change on the future energy consumption of buildings and the possible adaptation and mitigation measures. Maintaining comfort standards and the techniques necessary to achieve them to enhance the health and habitability of the planet for all.

A multidisciplinary panel of renowned experts will present and analyse those challenges through some best practice examples to make our built environment more sustainable.
